OCBS promptly identifies and eliminates the source of any water loss. Multiple possible sources are always considered and thoroughly inspected. All wet materials are removed and disposed of before we begin thorough drying and dehumidification of all affected areas. OCBS employs all appropriate cleaning and repair techniques as outlined in the IICRC Standards For Water S500.
OCBS provides mold testing upon your approval and/or request through the subcontractors in our referral network. We also provide detailed inspections of your building including HVAC systems, intake registers, return air plenums, basements, roofs, attics, crawl spaces, building drainage and sump systems, window wells, wall interiors and false floors.
We use HEPA filtration and negative air handlers to remove contaminated air while recycling fresh air into the space as part of the vital process of containing the mold-affected areas. We then restore the area to its original condition and make all necessary repairs. OCBS employs all appropriate cleaning and repair techniques as outlined in the IICRC Standards For Mold S520.
Fire & Structural Damage
We work closely with your insurance provider to quickly restore your property to its original condition. Our Fire Restoration Services include emergency board up, smoke and soot removal, structural damage repair, general contracting services and structural upgrades. We employ the use of ultra low volume (ULV) foggers and chemical sponges to rid your home of lingering soot, smoke and odors.
