Jim Ongaro

Vice President, Construction

Jim Ongaro joined OCBS in 1992. He has over twenty years experience in construction, structural engineering and construction management. Ongaro oversees the estimating department and our construction operations with over 60 skilled employees.

Mike Mastropietro

Director of Client Services

Mike Mastropietro, with 20 years CID industry experience, has been with OCBS since 1994. Mastropietro is responsible for business relations with clients, including Managers and Association Board Members. He also serves as liaison with Developers and Attorneys. Mastropietro remains active serving the industry as a Board Member, CAI Orange County Chapter and Chair, CACM Council of Affiliate Members.
