1. Post notices/schedule with the homeowners/tenants for the commencement of work. Homeowners/tenants to remove all items from the private deck area prior to the commencement of work.
2. Powerwash the surface free of all dirt and debris.
3. Inspect the surface for and damage - report to HOA if found.
4. Allow the deck to dry.
5. Mask the area as necessary.
6. Apply Prosoco Siloxane WB Weather Seal per manufacturer's specifications.
7. Remove the masking and clean up.
8. Remove all debris from site.
